Sergio Sinkware Warranty

IMPORTANT
Sergio Sinkware is warranted free from defects in workmanship and materials on purchase for 25 years in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act. If the goods are defective, they will be repaired or replaced without charge before installation. To avoid any after purchase install issues Cabro strongly recommend that the installation of their sinks should be carried out by a professional installation person or plumber.

Upon Installation the following warranty applies:

1. LIMITED WARRANTY
SERGIO Sinkware is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for one year from the date of installation. Our experience has shown that any manufacturing defect will become noticeable during this period. The Cabro Group Ltd shall not be liable under this warranty where the sink has been used for abnormal purposes, or improperly installed, or has damage from abuse such as heavy impact, dropped objects or otherwise. The Cabro Group Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential damage. If there is any difference in polish finishing visible to the eye beyond one meter or welding/grinding defects, do not install.

2. CUSTOMER REMEDIES
The Cabro Group Limited entire liability and Customer’s exclusive remedy shall be, at The Cabro Group Limited’s’ option, either (a) credit of the price paid for the product, or (b) repair or replacement of the product that does not meet this Limited Warranty and which is returned to The Cabro Group Ltd with a copy of Customer’s receipt. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the product has resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication. Any replacement product will be warranted for the original warranty period. Costs such as re-installation will be assessed and resolved on an individual basis.

This warranty is only given to the original purchaser of the goods and is void if the goods have been:

Damaged by negligence, accident, wear and tear or exposure to cleaners containing Sodium Hypochlorite;
Used other than for the purpose for which they are intended to be used or not used in accordance with any operating instructions supplied with the goods;
Adapted or repaired other than by the vendor or an approved service center (if applicable, a list of approved service centers is available from the vendor on request); or
Added on to or used with other goods which may affect the integrity, performance, safety or reliability of these goods.
Sergio Ceramic sinks: Due to the individuality of these sinks we strongly recommend that a registered joiner/plumber be used to complete the install. Failure to do so will void the warranty.
Note: The MANSION-02P (Ceramic) has a pre-punched tap hole which can be removed in order to install a mixer. This must be removed prior to installation of the sink by a professional. Failure to do so will void the warranty. Detailed instructions are provided with the sink.

Sergio Tapware Warranty

IMPORTANT
SERGIO Tapware is warranted free from defects in workmanship and materials on purchase for 5 years If the goods are defective, they will be repaired or replaced without charge before installation.

Upon Installation the following warranty applies:

1. LIMITED WARRANTY
SERGIO Tapware is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for two years from the date of installation. Our experience has shown that any manufacturing defect will become noticeable during this period. The Cabro Group Ltd shall not be liable under this warranty where the tap has been used for abnormal purposes, or improperly installed, or has damage from abuse such as heavy impact, dropped objects or otherwise. The Cabro Group Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential damage. If there is any difference in polish finishing visible to the eye beyond one meter or welding/grinding defects, do not install.

This warranty is only given to the original purchaser of the goods and is void if the goods have been:

Used without an in-line strainer or filter on lines to Tapware incorporating a ceramic cartridge or ceramic disc mechanism.
Used with abusive spray or cleaners of any kind – Tapware should only be cleaned with a mild detergent and a soft damp cloth.
Damaged by negligence or accident after purchase;
Used other than for the purpose for which they are intended to be used or not used in accordance with any operating instructions supplied with the goods;
Adapted or repaired other than by the vendor or an approved service center (if applicable, a list of approved service centers is available from the vendor on request); or
Added on to or used with other goods which may affect the integrity, performance, safety or reliability of these goods.
